Illinois State University will continue the pilot winter session over the 2018-2019 semester break. This session will be considered a part of the spring 2019 semester, and has separate registration/withdrawal deadlines and requirements from the regular spring semester.
Saturday, December 15, 2018 - Sunday, January 13, 2019.
Winter Session is still in a pilot program phase and therefore courses are limited. Course information will be available starting in September.
Only continuing ISU students will be eligible to register for Winter Session classes. Students will only be allowed to enroll in ONE Winter Session class, and their enrolled credit hours will be counted in their spring 2019 semester academic load. Students on academic probation during the fall 2018 semester will not be allowed to enroll in Winter Session.
Monday, October 1 - Registration date/time information will be available for spring semester and winter session.
Monday, October 15 - Spring and Winter Session advanced registration online begins.
Friday, November 9 at 10:00 p.m. - Winter Session online registration ends. All future registration must be done in person in Moulton Hall 107.
Friday, December 14 - Last day to register for a Winter Session course.
Monday, December 24 - Last day to withdraw from a Winter Session course with no grade assigned and a full tuition adjustment. After this date full tuition charges will apply for winter session courses.
Thursday, January 3 - Last day to withdraw from a Winter Session course with a WX grade (full tuition charges will apply).
